If you’re anything like me, you probably get so busy during the day that you always forget to make an appointment for your haircut, doctor, or (drum roll please) dentist. I know it’s easy to ignore the phone calls, texts, and emails we send you, so we decided to make it WAY easier for you to schedule an appointment any time of the day.
If you haven’t noticed it yet, look to your left and you’ll see a floating widget that says “Schedule Online”. Click on that tab and you’ll be brought to our portal on LocalMed to complete your scheduling.
Here’s how it works.
For existing patients
- To schedule your next cleaning, click on “Returning Patient”.
- If no changes have been made with your insurance, just select “I Will Pay Myself”. Don’t worry, we’ll still bill your insurance.
- Make sure to use your real name, or whatever we have on file.
- Pick a date that works with your schedule, and you will automatically be scheduled in our system.
- You’re going to have to check your inbox and confirm before it gets locked in…so make sure to check your inbox.
- If you need to schedule something other than a cleaning, call or email us.
For New Patients
- Select New Patient
- Fill out all the pertinent information
- Check your inbox and confirm the appointment
- You will automatically receive an email in a few hours with a link to our new patient paperwork. You can also click here to access it now.
- Fill it out
- Our front office person will call you to confirm and follow up with any additional questions if needed.
